These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the moldtestingfortworth.com website and the mold testing, asbestos testing, and indoor air quality services provided by Mold Testing Fort Worth ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Mold Testing Fort Worth provides professional mold testing, asbestos testing, and indoor air quality assessment services in the Fort Worth and Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. Our services include:

Air quality mold testing and spore trap sampling
Surface mold sampling and analysis
ERMI and HERTSMI-2 DNA-based mold analysis
Moisture and humidity inspection
Post-remediation clearance testing
Asbestos testing (residential and commercial)
CIRS protocol environmental assessments

Independence and Scope of Services

Mold Testing Fort Worth is an independent testing company. We perform environmental testing and inspection services only. We do not perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, or any form of removal or treatment. This independence ensures our inspection results and reports are free from conflicts of interest.

Our inspection reports provide findings, analysis, and recommendations based on laboratory results and professional assessment. We are not responsible for remediation decisions or outcomes.

Licensing

Our mold assessors are licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) in accordance with Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1958 (Mold Assessment and Remediation). All laboratory analysis is performed by AIHA-accredited laboratories.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided at the time of scheduling and is based on property size, number of samples, and scope of work. Standard pricing:

Initial mold inspection: starting at $650 (includes 2 lab samples, moisture inspection, and detailed report; additional $0.10/sq ft for properties over 2,500 sq ft)
Post-remediation clearance testing: starting at $400 (includes 2 lab samples)
Asbestos testing: contact for quote

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 940-240-6902 or through our website. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Reports and Results

Inspection reports are typically delivered within 1-3 days after sample collection, depending on laboratory turnaround time. ERMI/HERTSMI-2 results may take 5-7 business days. Reports are provided electronically and include all laboratory results, findings, and recommendations.

Limitations

Mold testing results represent conditions at the time of inspection. Indoor environments can change due to weather, building usage, and other factors.
Air sampling captures a snapshot of airborne conditions at the time of collection. Results may vary at different times or conditions.
Our inspections cover accessible areas of the property. We do not perform destructive testing (cutting into walls, removing flooring, etc.) unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
Our reports and recommendations are based on professional judgment and laboratory analysis. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or that mold will not return after remediation.

Liability

Mold Testing Fort Worth carries professional liability insurance (errors and omissions) and general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Website Use
